Katie gets to cheer at Floyd Central High School tomorrow. She went to a clinic tonight and will be cheering during the High School game tomorrow. It is also Homecoming. So there should be a good crowd there to watch her. She is excited about it now, we will see how it goes tomorrow when we get to the gym.
The kids had a snow day on Tuesday. It wasn't much snow and they probably could have gone on a delay but hindsight is always 20/20 with those things. Since my dad was the head of Transportation for where I went to school, I have an appreciation for how hard of a decision that can be. (I just stopped to lift Coy up in the air and tell him what a great job he is doing with some of the new skills he is working on in speech.) Anyway, the kids got to go out and play in the snow. Several different neighbors came over and played in the snow with them. I think they had a big time. This first picture was taken just before the head rolled off of the snowman. Coy told me that he was trying to make a snow angel in this picture. I don't know if he was or not, but it sure does loook like he is having fun doesn't it??
The last picture is of Katie hard at work with the snowball (mud ball).
